Here are some of my Dashboard and Analytics samples.

Sales Dashboard

This is a sample dashboard for Aling Lala’s Sari-Sari Store. Aling Lala collected sales data for 5 months, from March to July.

Her store’s total sales within those months is P44,244. Her store’s most popular product category is “Beverages”. This is consistent across all the months included in the data. The most bought product is Royal (beverage) with a total of 100 units sold across 5 months, amounting to a total sale of P1,500. Beverages account for 23% of all products bought from Aling Lala’s store. However, the product that brings in the most profit is Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil, followed by Argentina Corned Beef, with a total of P909 and P584 in profits respectively. Despite the fact that these products only sold a combined total of 98 units (2 less than Royal’s 100 units sold), these 2 products still provided higher profits compared to the top-selling product.

Recommendation

Aling Lala should invest in her beverages and make sure these items are always in stock, especially Royal, her bestseller. She can also consider increasing the price for these items by a few pesos or centavos in order to also increase her profit margin on these items.

Similarly, Aling Lala should also always keep cooking products such as cooking oil and corned beef well stocked as these are high-ticket items that guarantee high sales and profits.
